Ann Surg. 2013 Jan;257(1):114-20     Afin d’évaluer l’intérêt d’une chimiothérapie par voie intra-artérielle hépatique, les auteurs ont réalisé une étude rétrospective chez 98 patients ayant bénéficié d’une résection d’au moins 4 métastases hépatiques suivi d’une chimiothérapie adjuvante représentée chez 54 patients par  une chimiothérapie systémique de type FOLFOX ou FOLFIRI et chez 44 patients par une chimiothérapie systémique majoritairement à base de 5FU associée à une chimiothérapie intra-artérielle à base d’oxaliplatine.
