Cette étude rétrospective semble confirmer la réduction sous l’effet du bevacizumab de la dilation sinusoidale modérée induite par l’oxaliplatine  administrée avant résection de métastatses hépatiques d’origine colorectale. Cet effet histopathologique ne s’accompagne cependant d’aucun gain en terme de complications post-opératoires et de morbidité
