A l’instar de HER2, l’amplification de cMET permet de distinguer un (tout petit) sous-groupe de cancers œso-gastriques qui pourraient répondre spécifiquement à une thérapie anti-cMET. Il s’agit là d’une étude très précoce et de très faible effectif qui nécessite bien sûr confirmation mais qui encourage à tester cette voie.
