Considérant que les résultats concernant l’objectif principal ne sont pas encore connus (données de survie en attente), cette étude semble confirmer les résultats de l’essai ACCORD 12/0405-Prodige2 sur la pertinence d’une intensification de la chimiothérapie préopératoire pour accroître le taux de réponse histologique complète.
