L’utilisation du CETUXIMAB en première ligne chez des patients présentant une tumeur KRAS sauvage peut être envisagée en association à un schéma Oxaliplatine – 5FU infusionnel mais non avec  un schéma de type Oxaliplatine-Capécitabine.
